• LINENS: Please do NOT make the beds and simply leave all used sheets on the beds.

• BATH TOWELS: Leave any dirty bath towels on the floor of the bathroom they came from.

• BEACH TOWELS (12): Leave dirty towels in front of washer. Clean beach towels should be rolled up & placed in the beach towel basket.

• REMOTES: 12 (6 Fan remotes labeled by room, 5 A/C remotes, 1 TV Remote) left in respective rooms as described below:

 Grand Master: remotes to be kept in nightstand table

Living Room: remotes to be kept in tray on coffee table 

Deer Room: remotes to be kept in wooden box on dresser

Surf Room: remotes to be kept in blue jar on nightstand

 Sea Glass Master: remotes to be kept in 1st nightstand table

 Bunk room: remotes to be kept in yellow wall clock

• DISHES: Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. The counter tops should be clean.

• GRILL: Clean grates, remove any food particles, and replace the cover.

• FOOD: Remove ALL food items, ice packs, coolers, boxes etc. from the house (including anything in cupboards, refrigerator & freezer).

• COFFEE MAKER: Empty coffee maker (both filter & coffee in the unit).

• GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Put all garbage in outside cans with lids secure.

• LIGHTS/FANS/TV/AIR-CONDITIONERS/IPAD: Turn off all of these before you leave. Plug iPad in on kitchen counter.

• FAUCETS: Please check that all faucets are fully shut.

• WINDOWS/SLIDERS: Close all windows and sliding glass doors. 

• DECK UMBRELLA: Make sure they are in the lowered position when you leave & wrapped to pole with bungee .

• POOL/HOT TUB: Remove the pool divider from pool & close the safety cover.

• BIKES: (15) Secure with cables/locks under the house. The white bike with carrier should be on the far-right outside of the rack and green fat bike on far left outside to allow fitting of all bicycles. 

• WAGONS: Leave WOTS wagon locked at the OBP Ferry dock for our next guest.

• CHAIRS: (12) Tommy Bahama chairs to be stored under the staircase.

• BEACH UMBRELLAS/SHADES: (2) Tommy Bahama umbrellas in carrying bag 2 pieces & 2 Shibumi Shades each to be stored under the entry staircase on hook 

• ENTRY DOOR: Lock front door upon leaving (Press Schlage button and turn deadbolt clockwise).
